From 6 April 2013 employers will have to start reporting PAYE information to HMRC in real time. You may see this referred to as Real Time Information - or RTI. This means that employers will have to: • send details to HMRC every time they pay an employee, at the time they pay them • use payroll software to send this information electronically as part of their routine payroll process For a basic monthly fee Bristol Payroll can look after your payroll administration for you. • There is no set up or start up fee • We do not charge extra for tax year end process (P60, P35 etc) or for submitting your annual returns to HM Revenue and Customs on line • We do not charge for processing leavers (issuing P45 etc) • We can deal with routine correspondence with HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf • We will supply you with a computer file that will link to your on line bank software to submit payments (where possible) or a written report giving this information.
